
Candlelight Yoga
Candlelight Yoga is a slow, grounding practice designed to help you unwind and reconnect. Soft, flickering light sets the tone as we move through gentle asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and mediation (deep relaxation). This class offers a calm space to release the day, settle your nervous system, and return to yourself.
